Mars: Rightful Earth Alliance offensive continues |
The atttack on the sub-refineries of sector 93-RECO on Mars continues. Twenty-seven hours after the first attack there are no significant changes in the battle front.
Images from independent satellites and vessels locked into orbit have reported a full air and ground assault, supported by intense artillery fire.
Towards 23:00 an explosion was recorded on Plant-3 of the sub-refineries, followed by intense fire.
Spokesmen of the Martian Liberation Front have confirmed a hit on the processing plant. General Alvano from MLF has called it "an irresponsible act on the enemy's behalf."
The sub-refineries of sector 93-RECO process 26% of Martian high latency fuels and metals and are generally regarded as a common good to be preserved.
